I'd say it's prety good. The material on the front is nice, something that won't rip or tear easily. The material on the back, however, isn't as good. The front pocket is the same size as the other one, so you can hold a good amount of stuff in there. Overall, I'd say that it's definitely worth the price you pay for it, and if you're a big fan of the Codebearer books (as I am) you'll most likely love it.
